✿ Our Shipping Policy ✿

General:

  1. Shipping will be fulfilled once a week. (subject to changes to our convenience)
  2. All orders will be shipped from KL, Malaysia, to the address you have provided. Please ensure all of your shipping details provided are 100% complete and correct. If your shipping details has been entered incorrectly, please contact us within 12 hours of your order placement to amend any changes.
  3. All orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days from the date that payment is verified and successful (a 'successful payment' email will be sent to the email address given). Please note that we do not ship on weekends and public holidays. Please expect shipping delays during high-volume of orders as a (very) small team of us hand-pack each order with love and care. 
  4. For rush shipments, please contact us (preferably before placing your order) to request for an urgent shipment. 
  5. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

IMPORTANT: 

  1. The Sisterhood Studios will not be responsible for any costs related to returned packages due to but not limited to, unclaimed packages, failed delivery, incorrect address provided. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs and previous shipping costs will not be refunded.
  2. Once your item is shipped from us, we are not responsible for any delayed, lost, stolen or damaged parcels. Kindly contact the respective courier if any problem should arise, however you may contact us for assistance.

Shipping FAQs:

1) "What if I place a 2nd order right after my 1st order, will I be charged twice for shipping fee?"

ANS = If you place more than 1 order and would like your orders to be shipped in one parcel, please kindly type all your order numbers at checkout (eg. ship with 1034, 1055, 1061) for us to track easily. You may also just pay for 1 shipping fee, however if the total parcel weight crosses the weight limit, we will contact you for a shipping top-up.  

2) "I placed more than 1 order and paid for more than 1 shipping fee but I would like them to be shipped together, do I get a refund?"

ANS = If you have already paid for more than 1 shipping fee, please contact us with the respective proof so we can process your refund accordingly. Kindly take note that you will need to contact us for the shipping refund on your own initiative, we will not be contacting customers to refund the excess amount as it is hard for us to keep track.



✿ Domestic orders ✿

  1. Orders may take 3-5 working days to process before shipping. All shipping costs will be indicated at checkout & calculated based on each item(s) destination and weight. 
  2. Once you place an order, an email 'your order is successful' will be sent to the email address provided. 
  3. Once your order has been shipped, an 'order fulfillment' email will be sent to the email address provided. This email contains your parcel tracking information.
  4. Shipping costs and delivery times may be subject to changes according to the courier used.



✿ International orders ✿ 

  1. Orders may take 5-7 working days to process before shipping. All shipping costs will be indicated at checkout & calculated based on each item(s) destination and weight. 
  2. Once you place an order, an email 'your order is successful' will be sent to the email address provided. 
  3. Once your order has been shipped, an 'order fulfillment' email will be sent to the email address provided. This email contains your parcel tracking information.
  4. Delivery time may vary due to customs. The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs charges upon delivery for international orders (should there be any). 
  5. Shipping costs and delivery times may be subject to changes according to the courier used.



✿ Self-PickUp Option ✿

  1. You may opt for this option if you are able to self pickup your order at USJ11, Subang Jaya, at no extra charge. Kindly DM us on Instagram @thesisterhoodstudios once you have made your order. (Full address given via Instagram DM). We will contact you with the exact pickup location once your order is ready for pickup.
  2. Pick Up orders require 3-5 working days to process before it is ready for pickup, please expect delays during high volume of orders. 



✿ Hold Postage ✿

  1. If you would like to "hold postage" , meaning we will help hold your paid for items and ship them out in a single parcel (under one postage fee) from multiple orders made.
  2. There is no weight, quantity or time limit as to how much/ long you want us to "hold postage" for. However, if your item(s) weight goes beyond the weight limit of the previously charged postage fee, you may need to top up postage fee according to how we see fit. 
  3. You will need to notify us (via DM or leave a remark) if you want to "hold postage". If not we will proceed to ship your order out as usual.
